Meditation helps us to find a way of being that is not rigid or contracted but relaxed, stable and strong. It gives us the tools to meet our lives with clarity, wisdom and strength.
My teaching brings together my 20+ years of experience as a meditator, my extensive training in traditional meditation approaches as well as secular mindfulness practices, and my training and experience with Focusing, a somatic therapeutic technique. I am a passionate believer in the healing power of connection and community and this guides my interactions with students.
