A six week Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation, Fridays, 8:15-9:00am EST/1:15-2:00pm UK/Ireland.
As we continue to face challenges from Covid to climate change to instability at home and abroad, we need more than ever to find inner balance and stability so that we can ‘hold’ all of this with ease, and without compromising our own well-being. In these 45-minute sessions, you will learn how to meditate, how to establish a regular practice, and how to integrate self-compassion practices that will support you in your everyday life.
